- Please note that once your order is shipped, a tracking number is sent to the
e-mail
provided on your order. If it has been more then 10 business days
and you did not get a tracking number, please e-mail for status. Shipping - We reserve the right to refuse and cancel any order. Shipping irregularities, no such current address, refusal of items or non-delivery of any reason are subject to extra shipping fees, custom charges and or a re-stocking fee in order to obtain items returned to our warehouse. We hereby void any warranty or warranties on shipping time of arrival. Shipping once sent to the distribution carrier or pick up by a local or international carrier is the responsibility of the specific carrier. The customer must contact the carrier if any problems arise due to delivery. No cancellations of any orders will be allowed. Cancellations/returns/exchanges -RMA number required on all returns/exchanges. Packages without the return authorization number issued from us will be sent back at your expense. Returns valid only if unused and free from debris for twenty one days from order date. Shipping to destination will be charged with the balance refunded. If item has been used upon receipt, we reserve the right to refuse return or charge a 30% handling fee. Exchanges are acceptable only if unused within seven days. Exchange authorization required. All shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Any free shipping offers or coupons are void on returns or exchanges. Please E-mail for information.
